Document capture, ECM, and AI-assisted service operations

Reworked a mature document-management business into a clearer digital experience around AI chatbot and voice assistance, Vaultview document management, outsourced data entry, scanning, and medical-record indexing. The work had to respect the kind of buyer who cares about HIPAA language, conversion risk, indexing accuracy, and whether legacy records can be found when an auditor or patient workflow depends on it.

Digital HQ and AI Employees for service businesses

Role · Recently completed with my team

Built around an owner-led service business problem: too much repeatable work living in people's heads. The site frames the offer as one clean operating system plus AI Employees handling intake, follow-up, routing, proposals, and status updates. The copy and flow stay close to operations reality: replacement productivity, missed handoffs, margin drag, and the difference between another hire and a system.

Bold Tech

Retool specialists and internal-tool delivery

Role · Recently completed with my team

A sharper agency site for a team that sells operational leverage, not vague custom development. The experience centers on Retool depth, internal-tool delivery, enterprise-grade implementation, SSO, permissioning, audit logs, dashboards, and the small workflow decisions that decide whether an internal app becomes daily infrastructure or another abandoned admin panel.
